Seadrift Market isn’t just a fish and chip joint. It’s more akin to a seafood market that serves fish and chips. In this small market, the fish & chips, fish tacos, and clam chowder are the main attraction. They have a great menu with some excellent seasonal specials. Clam Chowder (New England), Albacore Tuna, Cole Slaw, Tartar Sauce, Cocktail Sauce, Fish Batter, and rough-cut Plank Style Chips are all made by hand in house.

Local purveyors are whom they do business with. Try to buy fish as close to home as feasible. We recycle as much as we can and only use compostable paper. In the deep fryers, we use canola oil and sea salt, the actual salt of the earth.
